SIGN-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Please use the following instructions below when creating an online account for your child. You may find it easier to open a new window in your browser and following the instructions below as you create the account. Click the button below to create an account in a new browser window.
Step #1
Complete the required fields (including phone number) on this first page. First Name and Last Name should be the student's name.
Email address and phone number can be any you choose - we'll simply use the email address to confirm when the student's garments have been picked up and dropped off and if we have any issues with your payment information.
You do not need to provide a Referral Code or Promo Code.
(Note: If you are signing up more than one student, you will need to complete this process for each of them, using a different email address. We apologize for any inconvenience.)
Step #2
On the next page, please select "Free Home/Office Pickup & Delivery."
Step #3
On the next page, please include the address as shown in the screenshot below. For the first line, please type, "EHS - [Name of student's dorm]" (e.g. EHS - Hoxton). On the following lines, please type the address as it is in the screenshot below, "1200 North Quaker Lane, Alexandria, VA 22302."
Step #4
On the next page, please provide your credit card information. We will charge your credit card each time the student uses our services and with this online account you will be able to view invoices and change your payment information if necessary.
Step #5
On the next page, please feel free to provide any additional comments. If you don't have any, please just click "Continue."
Step #6
On the final page, simply review the information to ensure it's correct and then click the Save button.
Once you complete your online account, we will provide your student with their own personal dry cleaning bag. They can pick that bag up from Mr. Walsh.
